Message	stage III + Z32TT for an e36. There is no comparison there unless you are considering road racing, in which case all you have to do is upgrade your stock brakes and put some better shocks in the Z. Then you will not only keep up in the corners but also run from the e36 in the straights and look much better doing it. Don't get me wrong I like the M3 and I am considering buying one for my wife but would never pick it over a Z32TT let alone a stage III +.
